Timber Framed Retreat at
Blue Lake Home is featured in Architectural Record, July 2001 and Coastal Retreats by Linda Leigh Paul Sitting above Blue Lake in Oregon's Jefferson County, this timber frame house was constructed primarily of local stone and recycle fir timbers. The heavy timber frame lifts the roof over the stone walls and creates large overhangs that protect the interior courtyard from the elements.
